Drying itself is taking place in basket which is together with working pieces puted in centrifuge. After finished drying process we take the basket out of centrifuge. For manipulation with basket we use a hand-guided electric elevator, fixed above centrifuge and it is circle horizontal movable. |

| OPERATION:
After putting products in basket and puting basket in seat, the cover closes. On pressing START button, centrifuge locks automaticly and starts-up slow operation, force heating in accord. With setting programm goes after expired operation time into the phase of breaking and after stopping the cover automatically unlocks, before that the heating cartridge is cooling dawn together with products. Process is fully automated..

made very clearly so there is no problem with handling and setting the parameters. Frequency regulater is preprogrammed in the manner that in electrocabinet is settable the drying time only. The turn-setup resp. setup the turn speed is enabled on front plate of electrocabinet. Setup of start-up curve and breaking-up curve is programmed. The setting is preliminary programmed trough regulator programm The start-up of device is possible only with main electric lock. Normally is just pushed START key, the rest does device itself automatically. Security is ensured in device and regulation cabinet. All the time is displayed the current speed and drum situation.
