Centrifugal pumps series CBS are intended for decantation of aggressive, pure liquids in several branches of industry. Pumping flows are 10 - 400 l/min, pressures are up to 2,5 bar.

Pump has quality cheramical washer made from oxide silicon cheramics SiC/SiC and viton (elastic enriched with flour) which has an excellent resistance characteristics and is one of the leading materials on area acid resistance.
The pump's run is calm and quiet .It isn't selfsucking type, at proper installation there is no need for nonreflexive valve at start-up is not necessary watering . For low circumferential speeds is enabled prepumping for oil with high viscosity SAE 40, oil emulsions, colors .Pump drive shaft is made from stainless steel DIN 1.4571. All washers are from FPM (Viton). Construction characteristic is minimum number of elements.
Installation of pump is possible directly with feet of electromotor or with installation plate from PP (on request).
Connections are made with smerekico,prirobnico,holandcem or screw junction like on the picture below.
Electric drives are single-phase or three-phase.
Pumps are made from different thermoplasts - polypropylene PP, polyvinylchloride PVC,polyethylene PEHD
Pumps are built in filter systems for continous filtering. |
