DISC OIL SKIMMERS

Frame material : PP POLYPROPYLENE

Disc material: INOX steel acid resistance W.Nr. 1.4571
Disc diameter:  600 mm  or more on request
Drive: 3X380V 50 HZ  asynchronous motor with snail reduction gear SIEMENS
Separation: 22 L /h  * by oil viscosity SAE 40
Skimmer frame can be fixed on edge of container, cistern or kinete od 40 –90 mm
Skimmed oil is colecting in a collector  and it flows out automatically in larger holder for waste oils / emulsion, which it flows usually at the edge of container and goes through flexible pipe directly to collector

OPTIONS FOR FULL AUTOMATION :

option for setting the separation speed *

-        frequency regulator for setting the circumferential speed  - enables optimal separation.

option for setting the pulse switching unit *

-       because is oil slowly separated on fluid surface is on small areas requested a laminar calm phase.

      -          LO-D 600 INOX  is controlled by MITSUBISCHI PLC         
               digital control modul which enables the pause

              settting,  operation setting (time, date,...)

              adjustment and  max. efficiency

 

*   In some cases is for specific adhezije emulsion separation with main circumferential speed  so intensive, that partly collects fluid. Then we suggest a frequency regulated  setting  the circumferential speeds which enables optimal separation

 

 

INSTALLED  MATERIALS:

-       SEPARATION SLIDE KNIFE
made from PTFE and rustless sheet metal in quality W.Nr.: 1. 4404 creates an excellent slide chemical resistance machine element of device.

-          HOUSING
from polypropylene PP TROVIDUR (Simona Gmbh) , holds temperatures up to 90oC with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance

-          DISC
rustless sheet metal : W.Nr.: 1. 4571 with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance, additional machine enginery  worked out by firm TISSSEN  KG.

-     DRIVE:
snail reduction gear with asynchronous electric motor with aluminium housing by company SIEMENS. Drive mechanical protection acc. to IP 44 and standard IEC 34-5/1968.
