| EXCENTRIC PUMPSType EX-60 PP | | Dosage pumps with excentric rotor in rubber stator represent an excellent dosage cell for dosing many dangerous liquids ....leaches, acids , several chemical suppllements and other liquids. Pums were developed for dosage systems with flows up to 6 l per min del and pressure up to 1,5 bar. That means in one hour can pump controlled dose 360 l of fluid a few meters high. Operating of pump is undisturbed and enables running without presence of liquid (dry run). Watering is not necessary because it is selfsucking type . Since it is known, how much fluid is pumped in one period over dosage modul, we can easy set the programm for quantity of liquid and pump pumps on the exact spot and then also stops automatically. All the time measures and displays the flow. We can built a dosage system, we assemble with sucking valves and pressure dispenser a dosage station for similar liquids with only one pump and control modul. | | | | | Operation: The drive rotor is moved from centre for 4 mm and circulates around rubber stator in excentric circles, stator is space limited, so each time is used for simultaneous sucking and pressure pumping. Stator is made from polypropylene, which is very well suited for most acids and leaches and has good temperature stability to. Pump is selfsucking type, that means lifts up the liquid itself also in case of bubles in a tube. The rubber stator is well adjusted to housing so can replace washers. There is no special washers on this kind of pumps. Rotor never comes in phisical touch with media. Rotor space is filled with fluid, vhich disables a tiredness and strengthens rubber. Operation is very efficient, in basic concept is the pump very appropriate for dosage system, in each period is giving the exact quantity.
Materials: Elektromotor is standard asynchronous type made by company SIEMENS. Pumps housng is made from aluminium alloy. Aluminium has good acid resitance, it is very light, thin and very solid. Stators housings, sucking and pressure connections are made from polypropilene. Rubber stators are in two variants: EPDM and FPM (viton). Rotors are from plypropylene, all screws are from INOX-a A2. |

| AVTOMATIC DOSING: Pump EX-60 is together with control modul LASTRAFLOW EX 75 perfect dosage station, it enables dosing and control according to system: entry of parameters - start - auto stop. System is fully automated. Parameters are set directly by keyboard near display, which shows pumping data. During operation we can stop pumping process at any time and then contionue from there or reset the regulator. After finshed dosing period we check complete pumped quantity. On the picture we can see a frequency regulator, which makes possible simultaneous control for pumping values and operating properties considering media viscosity. A frequency regulator is not obligatory, but it is recommended. Size of dosage modul is 200 x 300 mm and it can be a part of transporting unit.
