Centrifugal mixers with additional bearings are intended for mixing of liquids with less viscosity, emulsions with water viscosity, suspenzij, 

cinematic viscosity
n < 1.6 mm2/sek   
density   r < 1.1 kg/dm3.

Construction is made with electromotor with extended static steel frame, where is seat for ballbearing and semmering.

The whole complex is assembled with screw connections.

For this kind additional bearing construction is the mixers shaft longer.  

All mechanical elements are standard edition and nonexpencive for servicing.

Intermediate part between   electromotor and mixers shaft is connected trough special clip.

The shape of rotor causes axial movement of media.When is mixer putted in round container, it should have built-in "mixing disturbers" , if not ,the liquid starts to circulate, then appears the funnel without mixing effect.

Partly, we could solve the problem  by fixing the mixer out of centre .

Mixer is not suitable for operation in empty container. In that case the mixer could be damaged, and producer is not responsible, there is no warranty for such situation.

It is known, a lot of series is having, a teflon bearing, ceramical bearing...

We are producing also a turbo mixers with axial funnel, it helps us keeping
radial vibrations by  liquids with higher density. 
For smaller reactors, we equip the mixer with reductor and  frequency regulator.

Mixer impregnations are:
 PP, PVC, PVDF,caoutchouc EPDM or FPM  (are impregnated on steel shafts )
materials for rotors and shafts:INOX 1.4571 CrNi-Mo acid resistance steel
