| AUTOMATIC OIL AND EMULSION SEPARATIONType: IO-1200 INOX
| Automatic oil and emulsion separation device is tested in processes and simple constructed for reducing water and other liquids polution. Device collects and separates oil stains, fat and other dirt out from liquid surface. Operating is automated, liquid is automatically pumped in collecting container, laminar calmed down and fast separated from oil surface. For cohesion force, floating oil sticks together on slow spinning disc, which radial lifted and unsticked from surface on collecting slide blade. For construction and assembling method is captured oil separated on the disc's blade and flows automatically trough pipes in oil collector from where is pumped out into larger container. Disc's blade fits the plate, so separation intensity can be adjustable.
