  DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION  


Peristaltic pumps are working on the principle squeezeing the pipe with moving press mechanism. At pressing the pipe from acid resistant rubber to wall of pump's housing, makes in pump with each move a sucking pressure working cycle. 
On similar way is made human's heart, which is pushing blood with muscle squeezeing through the veins.

For pressing-out the air in pipe, is underpressure sufficient for sucking the liquid, so is the pump selfsucking type.

AUTOMATIC DOSING IS PERFORMING BY REGULATION MODULE, MADE UP OF REGULATION UNIT, DIGITAL TACHOMETER AND PULSE SENSOR.

For accurate pump's operating is needed premeasurment of pump, with measuring cylinder and one turn is set the proportional factor like a unit directly into meter. On display is shown a value for pumped quantity, operating condition and flow condition.

PURPOSE : For dosage systems for high viscosity liquids, for acids, leaches, for chemical and food industry.

By Pressure mechanism is pressure distributed across drive's shaft into two parts, so there is no expressive pulse flows, which are present at piston pumps, excentric pumps or membrane pumps.  Pump is driven by snail reduction gear, its operating is very calm.
This type of pump is suited for dosing and synchronous flow control.


                         
        
             



On the sketch we can see peristaltic pump's operating. Rotation direction is clockwise reversed. With blue color is marked an area where ata presssure mechanism's movement begins a sucking zone (underpressure). With red color is marked pressure zone which is on the surface completely similar as sucking zone.Pressure zone causes equable pressure flow, it continues right at beginning lower part of pressure mechanism. At the same time is the lower part creating sucking and pressure phase. The half of circular line is covered by mechanism, so a dosage pulse is never created.


 

To avoid triteness because of rubbing pressure mechanism works in greasing liquid and creates conditions for long-term uninterrupted operation.




Housing is made from AL casting and additional secure dimensioned.
All screws are from Inox and are acid resistant. Liable plate is made from PEHD.
 
                    

Pump is conveniant for regulation with digital regulation modul. After entering the desirous liquid qunatity, the pump at simulataneous pressure measurement, stops automatically.

     

 


For flow speed we are completeing a frequency regulators, They enable equal flow at the same time  for high density and low density media. Setting the value is possible through regulator console.

Regulaion modul is connected in single pole with voltage 230 V. A sensor is supplied from modul. As for purpose we make more types of modules.
basic regulation is accomplished with sensor, modul housing, regulation modulo, switch relay and main switch and, of course, with all necessary cables .
A regulation part can be separated built into existing electro cabinets or a pump can be connected to other PLC regulation modules.
