Centrifugal pumps series CVR are intended for pumping from shafts or on the areas where the series RXL doesn't fit or nonreturning valve is not desired. They are intended for pumping an agressive, unpure, pure liquids in several branches of industry. Pump's flows are from 10 to 200 l/min and pressures up-to 2 bar.

The pump has a slide bearings made from PTFE -teflon which has great resistance characteristics and one of the leading materials for acid resistance.
Pump runs calm and quietly. Pump is selfsucking type but it ca not operate in dry run. For low circumferential speeds is enabled pumping of liquids with oil viscosity SAE 40, oil emulsions, colors. Drive shaft is made from rustless steel DIN 1.4571 .
Construction is accomplished with minimum assembling parts. on the bottom is built-in sucking basket. Unpure substances are allowed conditionally.
Connections on pipeline are made with smerekico preko holandca like on the picture below s prirobnico.
Electromotor is single-phase or three-phase.
Pumps are made from several thermoplasts - polypropylene PP, polyvinylchloride PVC,polyetylene PEHD SPECIAL MODELS have length up to 3 m. |
